Place all furniture back in original position
Toys, games, kayaks, yard furniture etc, should be placed in original posiions
Please make Desiree aware of anything that might have become broken or damaged (preferably when it occurs)
We will pick up 3 "liftable" XL exterior trash bags for disposal
Please, don't leave bottles and cans, our staff can't make time to recycled on check out days

Welcome to our newest and most unique of properties: Mountain Majestic Lodge! An epic log home, built with the highest quality, comfort and family-fun in mind. FIRST - the home itself: Enter in through the south side garage for your own private parking (for vehicle or ATV), and you’ll immediately notice gorgeous slate rock flooring in the entryway, a working wood stove to your left, with huge windows behind to show off that forest view! Sliding glass doors open up to an outdoor patio with gas firepit just for fun! Enter into the kitchen and dining room, you’ll find a charming log kitchen table, bar and island creating the foremost gathering point for your nature getaway. In Mountain Majestic Lodges’ well-appointed kitchen; make a breakfast to put all others to shame! Bake a loaf of bread! Enjoy it all, from coffee to cocktails. We invite you to be our guest in this gorgeous family home where you can reconnect with your loved ones, and break bread together yet again.
Entering the living room you’ll feel in awe of the architecture, the majestic wooden beams, gorgeous knotty pine, and gigantic windows, bathing you in golden light on a snowy day - or creating refuge from the summer heat! The gigantic curved TV and gas field stone fireplace makes EVERY seat the best seat in the house! A master suite off to the left with king sized bed, full bathroom with garden tub and walk in shower, PLUS a private walk-out to the patio for your first cup of coffee, and a peaceful moment alone before your day begins.
Let’s head back to the kitchen and climb the split-log beauties to the upper level and bask in the view below! Your kiddos will have a blast just running around this place! Hang a left and follow the cat-walk to bedroom #1 with a queen sized bed, and adjacent enclave with futon, and privacy partition for that extra few folks that might join you. Crossing the catwalk once again you’ll find a full bathroom with tub, and two more queen sized bedrooms! Gorgeous. Spacious, Private!
One more space indoor we MUST highlight is the game room on the lower level. We have a foosball table, card table for poker, bar and an extra half bathroom just in case! The walkout basement let’s you seamlessly enjoy the out of doors when you want to or pass the time together with indoor activities on a chilly, rainy, or even snowy day. Outdoor a large yard awaits, with additional firepit outback and around to the front yard - a peaceful pond, gorgeously landscaped, with waterfalls, fountains, and the sweet sound of moving water! Perfect for a session of reading your favorite book, or enjoying a cup of tea on a sweet lazy afternoon. Soak in the nature, the quiet - when you want to - OR take the ATV outback and let it rip on 40 acres and do the very opposite of relax! (Available 2025)Mecosta county is a ATV friendly county, they are “street legal” - PLEASE BE SAFE OUT THERE!
